With the aim of keeping the students focused and in step with the academic activity, the requirement of class attendance is 75%. Falling short of this target shall render a student liable for detention.
Any student absent for more than six (6) consecutive days without permission will automatically be struck off according to the college rules.
The student will be required to take, three home examinations throughout the academic year. Through home examination the college tries its best to train the students and prepare them not only for the final board examination, but also prepare them for the entry test conducted in the professional colleges.
Detention and Pre-Board Examination
The college conducts a detention and a pre-board examination during the academic year. The result is conveyed to the parents of student’s as well. The students failing to clear the pre-board examination will be detained.
Note: Participation of the students in the home examination and pre-board examination is compulsory. In case of absence from the home examination a fine Rs. 100/- is imposed, while in case of absence from pre-board examination, a fine of Rs.200/- per paper is imposed on a student.
Full Admission fee will not be refundable in any case, however part refund will be done on the following conditions.
- Within 1st week of admission 70% refund.
- Within 2nd week of admission 50% refund.
- Within 3rd week of admission 30% refund.
Refund policy will be effective from the date of deposit of the fee and not from commencement of classes.
The Applicant will be required to submit an application for refund duly signed by the Parent/Guardian along with the CNIC copy of the Parent/Guardian.
